How Our Help Works AJ Family Support Foundation provides educational guidance and navigation support to help families understand available options and next steps. Our process is informational and educational. We do not replace medical providers, attorneys, case managers, or school teams. Step 1 — Explore Resources Families are encouraged to begin with our Guides & Resources section. Many caregivers find answers by reviewing checklists and preparation materials before contacting us.
